"Freedom To Serve - Release Form"

The form lists a two-digit risk classification code next to the name of each participating inmate, indicating the risk of each inmate on a five point scale for each digit. Where one means the least risk and five the most, inmates participating in the Community Service Project are ones or twos. The men had never been privy to this information before and many seemed surprised by their own classifications. Inmates also took interest in documented protocol for attempted escapes as well as detainee restraints.
