Three Year Hurricane - Evicted - On August
30, 2002, Allicia Hyman and her family are evicted from
their FEMA-provided trailer. It had been nearly three years
since Hurricane Floyd ripped through North Carolina, however
many in the town are still trying to bounce back from the
storm that changed their lives.
