58^th Annual College Photographer of the Year Competition

58 CPOY : Call For Entries : Rules

• All entries must have been taken, or published, for the first time between September 1, 2002 and September 1, 2003 and may not have previously been entered in this contest. (There are some exceptions for Category #12, Documentary – see description in categories section.)

• Undergraduate or graduate students enrolled for at least one semester between September 2002 and December 2003 may enter. If you have worked two years or more as a full-time professional photographer (including paid internships) you are not eligible to enter this contest.

• No written or printed information may appear on photo entries.

• Caption information is required and must be entered as specified in the "entry preparation" section.

• Do not enter the same picture in two single picture categories. If a multiple picture category contains a photo that you wish to enter in a single picture category, however, you may submit a separate entry.

• An entry form must be completed, signed and included.

• Students may enter the same work in both POYi and CPOY.

• All stories must be accompanied by a story summary. Include on a separate, typed sheet with your name.

• Entry Fee: $25 per photographer.

All entries must be sent prepaid and be received by contest officials in Columbia, Missouri, on or before Saturday, October 4, 2003.
